We are thrilled to announce a new conference venue for 2018: The Salem Convention Center, one block away from the Willamette River in downtown Salem!

We've made many fond memories at our former home on the Oregon State University campus, but our community has outgrown the facility. The Salem Convention Center offers more space while maintaining many of the features we loved about OSU. The convention center is a member of the United States Green Building Council and recently received EarthWISE business certification from Marion County in recognition of its commitment to environmentally-friendly practices. And excitingly, it's just steps away from the newly-expanded Minto-Brown Island Park, a 1,205-acre floodplain oasis and an active restoration site in the heart of Oregon's capital city. The Peter Courtney pedestrian bridge opened this year, providing easy access to the new parkland from Downtown Salem.

Volunteer & Scholarship Options

If cost is a deciding factor in attending Within Our Reach 2018, individuals may choose to attend as a volunteer (apply here) or apply to be considered for a scholarship. Scholarship decisions will be made on a rolling basis, and amounts granted may vary depending on circumstances. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Final deadline for scholarship requests is October 1, 2018. Scholarship application: apply here.
